WHY SHOULD I VISIT?

Visiting Dubrovnik was the best possible final trip of my study abroad experience. With gorgeous mountains on one side of the city and the breathtaking Adriatic sea on the other, it is by far the most beautiful city I have ever seen. Beyond the views, there is so much Croatian culture and history to explore, and a surplus of delicious seafood to enjoy too. The city also calls to the Game of Thrones fans, as the majority of the filming for the series was done there. Overall, if you are looking for the perfect place to lay back and enjoy a cocktail at sunset, or discover the thrill of island hopping, Dubrovnik is the place to be.
